FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To keep your account active, we expect you to post a minimum of once a month on Instagram. You can post more and all posts are eligible to earn a commission. If we notice that you haven’t posted in over 30 days, your account may be deactivated.
The post should include the product and be clearly visible in the photo/video. We prefer the eyewear to be in use in the photo but displaying it is also acceptable. Each post must be unique and no reusing the same photo/video. If using a photo, you should include text to mention the eyewear, preferably, how it helps or what you like about it. Make sure to tag us by including @kroops47 in the post. With the posts being sponsored, you should also include the tag #ad at the end of the text. You must follow the terms and conditions of the social media platform.
While we do require some engagement on Instagram, you are welcome to post on any of the main social media platforms (Facebook, YoutTube, TikTok, etc.) We ask that you include a photo or video and follow the same post guidelines we described for Instagram. You must also follow the terms and conditions of that social media platform.
You can give out your personal discount code directly to friends and family or post it on any of the main social media platforms (Facebook, YoutTube, TikTok, etc.) You are not allowed to post your code on any coupon sites and doing so will result in account termination.
Payments are made on the beginning of each month directly through PayPal. This is currently the only way we send out payments. If you would rather opt for store credit, let us know and we can work it out.
