Shipping

To qualify for free shipping, the cart value must be a minimum of $100 before any taxes and shipping costs and live in the United States. All orders placed on this website will be shipped directly from our factory in North Carolina USA or from a regional warehouse.  Domestic shipments are typically made via US Postal Service (First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail). International shipments are made via FEDEX and US Postal Service. The majority of all orders are processed and shipped the next business day after being placed. However, in certain circumstances, some orders may take up to 3 days for processing.  Delivery time after shipment will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. We cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive within a specified period of time. If your shipment absolutely MUST arrive within a certain date or time, please contact us using the contact form to make specific arrangements. Please note that additional charges and fees may apply for special delivery requirements.

Return / Exchange Policy

At Kroop’s, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Here's our updated return policy, designed to make the process straightforward and fair for all our valued customers:

  • 30-Day Return Window: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item(s) in the same condition as received, with all original contents and packaging, within 30 days.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: Returns initiated within this period are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or an exchange. We aim to process returns within 1-3 days of their arrival, at which point your refund will be issued. For refunds issued to a credit card, please allow up to 14 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
  • Return Shipping Timeline: Once your return is authorized, the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that your return shipment is postmarked within this period. Items returned after this timeframe may, unfortunately, be disposed of at our discretion.
  • Condition of Returned Items: We expect returned items to be in the same condition as when you received them. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply if the returned items do not meet these criteria.
  • Exclusions: Please note, customized items are not eligible for return. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and exclusivity of personalized products.
  • Initiating a Return: To begin your return request, navigate to ‘Orders’ in your account and select 'Request Return' next to the order in question. You will receive a response at your email address within 1 business day. Please check your spam folder if you haven't seen our reply.
