All orders placed on this website will be shipped directly from our factory in North Carolina USA or from a regional warehouse. Domestic shipments are typically made via US Postal Service (First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail). International shipments are made via FEDEX and US Postal Service. Most (95%) orders are processed and shipped the next business day after being placed. However, in certain circumstances, some orders may take up to 3 days for processing. Delivery time after shipment will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. We cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive within a specified period of time. If your shipment absolutely MUST arrive within a certain date or time, please contact us using the contact form to make specific arrangements. Please note that additional charges and fees may apply for special delivery requirements.
Shipment costs vary by the delivery location, the items being purchased, as well as the shipment method chosen. Exact costs are shown during the checkout process.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) in the same condition as they were delivered to you with the original contents and packaging during the first 45 days. Returns made within the first 10 days will be refunded to the payment method used during checkout, other returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange.
Returns are processed within 1-3 days of arrival at which time you will be refunded or sent a store credit. If the refund is issued to a credit card, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show. If the returned items are not in the same condition as you received them, a restocking fee up to 20% may be deducted from the refund.
Please note, customized items are not eligible for return.
