Shipping
All orders placed on this website will be shipped directly from our factory in North Carolina USA or from a regional warehouse. Domestic shipments are typically made via US Postal Service (First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail). International shipments are made via FEDEX and US Postal Service. The majority of all orders are processed and shipped the next business day after being placed. However, in certain circumstances, some orders may take up to 3 days for processing. Delivery time after shipment will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. We cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive within a specified period of time. If your shipment absolutely MUST arrive within a certain date or time, please contact us using the contact form to make specific arrangements. Please note that additional charges and fees may apply for special delivery requirements.
Prescription
Please note that orders for prescription glasses may require additional processing time due to customization. These orders may take an additional 2-3 weeks to complete before they are ready for shipment. We recommend factoring in this additional time when placing orders for prescription eyewear. Return / Exchange Policy
At Kroop’s, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Here’s our updated return policy, designed to be clear, fair, and help us maintain the highest product standards for all our customers.
- 14-Day Return Window: If you’re not completely satisfied with your sunglasses, you may initiate a return within 14 days. All items must be in new, saleable condition with all original packaging and included components. Once approved, the return must be shipped within 7 days to remain eligible.
- Purpose of Return Period: Our return window is intended to give you time to try on your sunglasses to confirm the style and fit. It is not designed as a trial period for extended wear. Items showing any signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not qualify for a full refund.
- Exchanges: If you’d like a different style, size, or color, we’re happy to help with an exchange. We provide a prepaid return label for approved exchanges at no cost to you, and exchange orders are often processed more quickly once your original item is received. Exchanges help ensure you get the perfect fit or look while keeping your order simple and cost-free to send back.
- Refunds: Approved returns received in new condition are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days of arrival. Once issued, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the condition of the items and missing components.
