While this warranty outlines the specific conditions under which warranty service is provided, we at Kroop's understand that unique situations may arise. If you encounter an issue with your sunglasses that does not seem to fall under the warranty coverage, we still encourage you to reach out to us. Our commitment to customer satisfaction means we are willing to consider providing support or solutions even in cases not explicitly covered by this warranty. We evaluate such situations on a case-by-case basis, aiming to ensure your satisfaction and maintain the quality relationship we value with our customers.

Kroop's Sunglasses Limited Warranty

Warranty Duration: Kroop's warrants its sunglasses against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is only valid with a proof of purchase from an authorized Kroop's retailer or directly from Kroop's.

Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and use. Additionally, damage due to unauthorized modifications, repairs, or misuse is not covered under this warranty. Kroop's reserves the right to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect at its sole discretion.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This proof should clearly show the date of purchase and the seller. Without a valid proof of purchase, the warranty will not be applied.

Repair or Replacement Policy: If a manufacturing defect arises during the warranty period, Kroop's will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defect or replace the sunglasses with the same or an equivalent model. The decision to repair or replace will be made by Kroop's based on the nature of the defect.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Kroop's for warranty service. Kroop's will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer within the United States.

Geographic Limitation: This warranty is limited to the original purchaser located within the United States. International warranty claims are not covered.

Important Note: This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to Kroop's sunglasses. It does not cover Kroop's goggles or any other products.
