Why was my payment declined?
There are a few common reasons why a payment might be declined:
- The billing address entered doesn’t match the one your bank has on file.
- There are insufficient funds in the account.
- Your card issuer flagged the transaction as suspicious.
- There was a typo in the card number, expiration date, or security code.
If your payment is declined, we recommend double-checking your information and trying again. If the issue persists, you may want to contact your card provider for more details or try a different payment method.
