Where is my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Most orders ship the morning after they’re placed.

If you haven’t received your tracking email:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder
  • Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct

If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to view your order history and tracking info anytime.
