What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, the best thing to do is contact us as soon as possible, ideally before your order ships the following morning.
We’ll do our best to update your order before it leaves our facility. If it’s already been shipped, don’t worry, you can return or exchange it within 30 days as long as it’s unused and in new condition.
