What happens if my order is delayed?

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address details.

If your order is delayed:

  • Check your tracking link for the most up-to-date status.
  • If there’s been no movement for several days, or it’s past the expected delivery date, reach out to us with our contact form and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or undeliverable, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue by reshipping or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
