Is return shipping free?

Return shipping is not included for most returns, unless there was an error on our part.

Here’s how it works:

  • If the return is due to a Kroop’s issue (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (such as a change of mind or wrong size), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
