I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, here are a few things to check:
- Double-check your spam or junk folder – Sometimes confirmation emails get filtered by mistake.
- Check your email address – Make sure the address you entered during checkout was spelled correctly.
- Wait a few minutes – Occasionally, emails are delayed by a few minutes.
If you still can’t find it, contact us through our contact form. We’ll confirm your order and resend your confirmation.
