How long do returns take to process?

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 1-3 business days. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange item shortly after.

• Refunds to credit cards may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
