How long do returns take to process?

Once we receive your return, we generally process it within 5–7 business days. Approved exchanges are often completed more quickly once your original item arrives, while refunds take a bit longer to finalize.

• Refunds to credit cards may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
