Your pupillary distance (PD) is the distance between the centers of your pupils, measured in millimeters. It’s essential for accurately crafting your prescription lenses.

If your PD isn’t listed on your prescription, you can:

• Ask your eye doctor to provide it.
• Measure it at home using a ruler and mirror (there are many guides online).
