Are any items non-returnable?

Yes, a few exclusions apply to our return policy:

• Prescription sunglasses and glasses are custom-made and non-refundable beyond our standard window. A 50% restocking fee applies if returned within 30 days.
• Items returned in used or non-resellable condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, or may be declined altogether.
• Any final sale or clearance items (if applicable) will be clearly marked and are non-returnable.
