This warranty applies exclusively to our sunglasses and no other products are included.
Lifetime Warranty for Sunglasses
All sunglasses purchased from an authorized reseller include a Lifetime Warranty that will cover any defects in workmanship as well as accidental damage to the frame. This does not cover scratched or broken lenses but we do offer replacement lenses (Replacement Lenses). You should register your sunglasses within 30 days of purchase on our website (https://www.kroops.com/register) or by clicking the link at the top of this page. Sunglasses not covered under warranty can be repaired for a flat fee of $25 which includes return shipping. If the specific variant is not available, you will be given the option of an equivalent product. We will repair or replace the sunglasses at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine if the damage is covered under warranty.
If unable to repair, we will replace a broken pair with the same style/color as the original. If unavailable, you will be given the option of reserving a pair to be shipped at a later date if this product will be restocked or you can choose from a style/color that is equivalent to the original. A processing fee of $10 will be added to cover the service and return shipping costs. This fee may change but we keep it priced as low as possible. Exceptions to Policy
Prescription lenses and custom sunglasses are not covered against accidental damage. Custom sunglasses are limited to a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Due to the custom nature of the sunglasses, certain components may be substituted if they need to be replaced. We will do our best to match the original product if possible.
