Delivery

All orders placed on this website will be shipped directly from our factory in North Carolina USA or from a regional warehouse.  Domestic shipments are typically made via US Postal Service (First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail). International shipments are made via DHL Express and US Postal Service. Most (95%) orders are processed and shipped the next business day after being placed. However in certain circumstances some orders may take up to 3 days for processing.  Delivery time after shipment will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. We cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive within a specified period of time. If your shipment absolutely MUST arrive within a certain date or time, please contact us via phone (1.704.635.7963) or email (sales@kroops.com) to make specific arrangements. Please note that additional charges and fees may apply for special delivery requirements.

Return / Exchange Policy

We at Kroop's want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You are welcome to
return or exchange unused items within 30 days of your purchase. If you are returning a
product, original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (Exceptions to this policy are
made for defective or incorrectly shipped items). There are no shipping charges for exchanges. 

A Merchandise Exchange Form is included will be included with your order. Please use this form when making a return.  Return instructions and address are shown on the form.
